Add a new seed
1️⃣ Go to Settings and tap Add new seed
2️⃣ Scan your card
3️⃣ Choose how to set up your keys:
🔹 Generate keys (Seedless)
With this option, your keys are secret from the start: generated inside the card's chip and never leaving it. This neutralizes one of the most common scams: tricking you into giving away the seed phrase. What is unknown cannot be surrendered.
1️⃣ Name your seed (letters/numbers only)
2️⃣ Tap Continue
3️⃣ Scan your card again to finish
🔹 Import from a recovery phrase
Bring in a seed you already have.
1️⃣ Choose language + word count (12–27 words)
2️⃣ Confirm the security reminder
3️⃣ Enter your words one by one
4️⃣ Add a passphrase if you have one
5️⃣ Name your seed and scan your card to save it
Why more than one seed?
HASHWallet supports multiseed: your card can hold several independent seeds at once, generated or imported, mixed however you like. Each seed keeps its wallets and its activity separate from the others.
This helps you to enhance your on-chain privacy. On a public blockchain, everything tied to one address is visible to anyone. Keeping your savings, your daily spending, and your dApp usage on separate seeds means if one is exposed, the others remain private.
