Recover Your Crypto
Lost your card, or worried you might have? Take a breath: your funds are still yours, and getting them back under your control is a straightforward process.
Step 1: Order your backup card
1️⃣ Go to Settings > eSignus recover > Buy backup card
2️⃣ Select your card profile and quantity, then Continue
3️⃣ Verify your identity: card + code, or two codes (email + phone)
4️⃣ Complete checkout
Step 2: Bring your wallets back
1️⃣ Go to Settings > eSignus recover > Initialize backup card
2️⃣ Scan your new card
3️⃣ Select the seed you want to restore
4️⃣ Scan your card again to complete the process
Your wallets reappear automatically once the seed is restored.
By design, the card is built so it cannot display those keys, which is exactly what keeps them safe. As a result, if you need to manage your funds outside HASHWallet, you will need to transfer them.
