Android: make sure NFC is turned on in your quick settings
Finding the right spot
🤖Android: Android: the exact position of the NFC antenna varies depending on the phone model, but it is usually located from the middle of the phone upward. Try holding the card vertically and moving it slowly around that area until the phone detects it. On many newer phones, the antenna is located close to the camera module.
🍏iPhone: hold the card flat against the back of your phone, with about 1cm ( 0.4 inches) sticking out above the top edge.
While scanning
Once your phone detects the card, you'll feel a small vibration. When that happens, stop moving the card and hold it completely still against the phone until you see Completed!
If the card moves during the scan, the process may fail.
