The Backup Card you just received features a chip that is 30% faster and is more flexible and discreet than other HASHWallet cards, without compromising durability or security. It also supports Qubic along with the more than 11,000 coins supported by HASHWallet, without needing an additional card.
Your new Backup Card is still uninitialized and does not contain your private keys yet.
To recover your crypto, you need to go to the settings of your app ⚙️→ "Scan & set portfolios" → and scan your card. During this process, your Recovery Seed and Recovery Key are processed to recompose your keys within the EAL6+ chip. Once the process is completed, your card will be a duplicate of the one you had before, and you will be able to easily manage your portfolios as you used to with your old HASHWallet.
